Yoke

Whom from suffering would be freed,
    faith their seed.
Control, the rain they need. 
Yoke and plow, understanding. 
Plow shaft, modesty outstanding. 

That that binds yoke, the mind. 
Mindfulness, both goad 
   and plowshare in kind. 

Thus bound, strive on toward liberation, 
beyond sorrow and lamentation.
